Good work life balance but a good room to improve in some aspects - Technical Lead NXP Semiconductors Employee Review

1.salary is average compared to other product based chip companies..can improve without any doubt 2.less employee benefit 3. Appreciation WOW awards are peanuts in terms of money. Above 3 points are ofcourse compared to other product companies. Last 2 years NXP is doing great but shall be more aggressive in what they want to achieve in next 5years. Roadmap should be clear with some back up plans. Shall try to reduce debt but that's more financial planning related.
