One of the Best Libraries in the Country with Competitive Pay and a Great Culture - Director of Public Services Naperville Public Library Employee Review

I had a great experience working here. I've since worked for 5 other libraries and some were ok and some were absolutely hostile. Out of all the libraries I worked in, NPL was the one that seriously actually cared about its disabled employees. They had an awesome HR department. I wish I never left that job! I am in Arizona now and libraries here are just not the same. I had an amazing time working there doing the puppet shows and working with such incredibly talented staff, and I loved decorating the library!

Easy going co-workers. Great work life balance.
