      There is a good work-life balance and good benefits

      Cons

      Some managers and bosses are mean-spirited bullies who shamelessly exploit their juniors. There is a incredibly toxic yes-man mindset in this company that stifles individual agency and growth. Resistance is not tolerated in this place and prepare to be faced with extreme reproach even for the smallest things if you do resist.
