Pros
The working conditions are generally really great. Has all the flexibility, gives teachers two ways of having lessons; either booked or sudden. The admins are fairly responsive but more than that are quite powerful, understanding and can always have your back without necessarily asking for any evidence if you're sincere. You are well notified in case your slot is reserved, reducing the chances of you unintentionally cancelling any class. Salary payment is on time. Teachers have powers, you can even block a student who gives you headache from taking your classes, likewise, you can always apply for an unjust low rating or comment to be deleted and they'll do it for you. The company keeps growing (ever more opportunities for teachers). I could work there full time, and live a middle class life (my country's standard).
Cons
The pay isn't so encouraging and some countries have been blacklisted for potential applicants.
