Pros
- A company that really cares and has a leadership team that lead from the front - A lot of rewards and benefits, WFH, gym membership, uncapped earnings etc - I had no experience in recruitment but due to the exceptional training and my own hard work I tripled my earnings from my previous role in under 18 months - Fair and transparent career path, how you progress is based on you, not time scales which creates a great working environment that I thrived in - Whilst my personal situation resulted in me leaving the business, they were incredibly understanding, tried to accommodate my change of situation
Cons
- Its isn't easy. White collar recruitment is a technical market, that takes time to learn (they give you the time) - The first 6 months was hard graft, a lot of knock backs and mistakes were made by me but I came through the other end
