      Pros

      Salary. There are few good people to spend time with.

      Cons

      The CEO doesn't have a clear strategy at all, the company culture is very bad. Impossible goals to achieve. The executive team in London has no clue of what they are talking about and how to deliver it. Impossible to finish any project.
