Company is usually understaffed and it is a struggle to get the ends meet. * The management is very opaque in decision making, leads to much confusion and unrest down the layers. * Employees are made to work on weekends too without prior notice, no apparent reason or extra benefit. If they are planning to fire one employee, they will try to behave indifferent until u decide to leave all by yourself. * Flexi timings are advertised but everything is tracked and questioned. Benefits are mostly on paper. The culture is stiff.
