      Pros

      Must choose five words here, so in truthfulness, no pros I can claim.

      Cons

      No forward thinking. Management plays favouritism for employees who have no (or little) skills, but keep those people employed while letting go others. Executive management always claimed "the pay in publishing is traditionally low paying so...", well guess what, publishing is NO LONGER TRADITIONAL.

      -Helpful and friendly staff -Benefits are great -They treat you like family and check up on you regularly to see how you as a person are doing

      Pros

      Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

      Cons

      The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
