Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. As you know, we are a value based company, and the behavior you described does not align with what we stand for as a company. Neo4j is committed to supporting a culture of inclusion and respect for everyone, so I’m really disheartened to hear this was your experience.
I do think it’s important to note that while we do have women in our sales organization, we are currently at less than 10%, and that’s something we’re actively looking to change.
While we have work to do within our sales org, many of our outstanding executives, product managers, engineers and thought leaders are women, including representation at the board level. As we continue to grow, and increase our efforts around Diversity and Inclusion, continuing to add strong women to the team is a top priority.
