First, I want to start by saying that Nespresso values the contribution each employee makes to the overall culture of our organization. I feel incredibly proud to lead the Nespresso USA market, with so many smart, capable employees, motivated to see coffee as a force for good while driving continually strong business results. That being said, there is always value in continually training and developing our people, particularly managers. We offer an abundance of trainings and re-trainings including learning and development geared specifically to people leaders to manage effectively and empathetically. At Nespresso, we offer flexible scheduling as a way to actively promote and implement ways of working to better support work-life balance. When used effectively, this flexible scheduling allows employees to manage their time in office and at home as it best suits them and their teams. Keeping an open dialogue with your manager is the best way to maintain a schedule that empowers you to be your best. To your point on technology, we are consistently working to improve our infrastructure and support across the company.
