I am so pleased to read you found Nespresso to be “transparent, friendly and responsive” these are all things we strive for on a daily basis. I believe our people, yourself included, are what make Nespresso great. Regarding your comment on pay, at Nespresso we are proud to offer our employees competitive compensation and a benefits package which is regularly reviewed against marketplace trends. “Good IT support” is certainly an area we continue to make strides in, and we are doubling down on that effort with our recently launched global digital transformation initiative.
