Pros
Nice people to work with. Great if you want to move up in art direction within fashion.
Cons
It's a shop and ultimately what comes with that is repetitive rollout of campaigns. If you're in the art direction side this can be great as each campaign is an opportunity to try a new technique. Thought there's a BAU (business as usual) side which is monotonous, not the companies or managements fault just the nature of the work.
