Pros
They seem to have resurrected the business plan they're doing okay in a very competitive space. The only thing that matters is the bottom line. Great cafe good healthy food.
Cons
No RSUs offered unless your a Sr. level management, benefits are run of the mill. The company culture is, well, pardon the term it's a senior citizen center. Diversity is not well balanced including too many contractors. Weekly one on ones are ridiculous, which include systemic micro management. Did I mention culture is in need of improvement. Some management are not subject matter experts.
