Pros
Working with team members has been great, within ones group and adjacent groups folks are eager to help. There is a respect for work-life balance at NetApp. Good technology teams putting energy toward succeeding. There is a desire to succeed.
Cons
A leaning toward action that is good; however, too much of the ready-shoot-aim approach. Senior leaders have trouble defining the strategy and initiatives aligned with it, the old-world of refreshing storage is too alive and well. There is more of a tactical approach to the business that is quite reactionary.
