Pros
Wonderful place to start your career, great clients, a steep learning curve.
Cons
I worked in the company as an analyst for two years. It started off well, however, Recent shift in culture with excessive favouritism towards employees possessing a post graduate degree is one of the biggest cons of working in this company. More capable employees with more experience are made to work under inexperienced MBA grad students(specially the ones from Amrita school of business) who lack the ability to lead a team, & despite of multiple instances highlighting how incapable these new joiners are, the management does not fail to praise them endlessly while ignoring it's more tenured & efficient employees. The higher management will go to great lengths to glorify these new joiners despite of a complete lack of talent whatsoever, & trust me they leave no stone unturned in this pursuit. I genuinely think that an employee should be judged based on their work after a few years of experience & not the basis of a degree.
