NetElixir is the most unorganized agency I have ever worked for. Not only do they not understand how their own internal processes work, they act like everything is great. They do not listen to employees who bring up changes that need to be made, and honestly I feel bad for the businesses that are working with them on anything but paid search. Also if you are looking for a real career this is not the place to work!!! You will be put in a position where there is no place to go for career growth. They will promise the world but you will realize quickly it’s just a scam.

One of NetElixir's core values is to "Offer equal opportunity to everyone," but due to the dirty politics of one of the Manager from Amrita College, equality has been lost. All was well before he came in and started playing dirty. Many employees have come from Amrita, but no one except this man is concerned with politics. He made sure that his future wife would join NX and work on the same team as him so that he could continue to favor her. They recently revealed that they are getting married, but because he is known for his dirty politics, he is still ensuring that their team does not adjust, implying that he will prefer her over other members of his team, and this action will undoubtedly raise questions about equality. One of the employees, who also has an MBA but not from Amrita, works with him but does not receive any recognition, regardless of whether they work or not, while the other employee from Amrita does. I served as a Sr.Analyst in NX for over two years and struggled to advance, but they were promoted to a team lead position in six months. @Management – If you're reading this, take action to end the politics and make the workplace a safer place to work.
