Good safety culture, very generous remuneration especially for small business jet operation, high quality often ex-military aircrew bring a wealth of experience and technical operating ability

Senior management appointments based on ambition and edginess rather than appropriate qualifications; numerous instances of feckless decision-making indicating a shortage of high level business skills amongst senior managers e.g. changing crew uniform design, tie design and aircraft livery and failing to control costs whilst an aviation market downturn loomed; selected senior staff comments in open forum including "Uncle Warren will pay" and "It's great fun playing airline" indicating a commercially wasteful and naive management culture that fails to deliver best potential value for money for clients paying high fees; corporate bullying - poor man management - undermining morale.
