    Inside Sales Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NetJets (London, England) in April 2018.

    Interview

Applied online, received a call back very quickly and first interview within a few days. First interview was as expected, a conversation rather than a more formal structure, experience was positive and it was agreed to come back for a second interview. From here the experience was not as positive as it took three weeks for a response on the second interview despite follow ups. HR individual claimed she had tried to call however no messages left and no emails received. Second interview was finally arranged over 1 month later from the first. Second interview experience started negatively as the interviewer had my name wrong. Conversation / questions was sporadic and disjointed. Following second interview no communication received at all and again, despite follow ups, no feedback received. The same HR individual again said she had tried to call but no message left and no email follow up. 3 months later and no feedback received at all.
