Pros

- They've hired a new marketing person. - A decent amount of implementation reps are good. - CEO is responsive (unfortunately it stops with him). - Respectful of work/life balance.

Cons

- Inconsistent management. - Channel directors only work with their pets. - Ideas with no ability to execute. - No "culture" or support for remote reps. - Poor initial training and continued training. - Have transitioned to a small business payroll, price centric company. - No checks and balances for sales managers, one in particular is rogue. - Fear of going to HR. Rumors of repercussion. - Remotes are begging for support - management either does not know how to help or has no desire to.

Pros

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex has been a great place to grow. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment where ideas actually get heard. I’ve felt genuinely respected by leadership and peers, and I have the freedom to push myself and my team to do our best work. If you thrive on momentum and want real ownership over what you build, you’ll do well here.

Cons

One thing to know going in: even at our size, we still have a startup feel. There’s a lot of opportunity to shape how things work, but the formal processes and structure you’d find at a more established enterprise are not standard. It’s a great fit for self-starters, but worth considering if you prefer a highly defined environment.
