I’ve felt genuinely respected by leadership and peers, and I have the freedom to push myself and my team to do our best work. If you thrive on momentum and want real ownership over what you build, you’ll do well here.

One thing to know going in: even at our size, we still have a startup feel. There’s a lot of opportunity to shape how things work, but the formal processes and structure you’d find at a more established enterprise are not standard. It’s a great fit for self-starters, but worth considering if you prefer a highly defined environment.
