      Pros

      Cricket Ground Huge campus to hang around If you are having good terms with your Managers then this will be your dream company Nice place to drink with managers

      Cons

      Everything is running by the old pillars of the company. HR's are in the pocket of the senior managers. They just came to the office for smoke n drinks behind the cafeteria. Senior managers came to office by their time and then just hang around with girls in tha cafeteria and sometimes they also found inside their car with their girls in wrong side. But no one is having guts to take actions against them. Even personnel from CEO'S office addressed the leads to put positive feedback on Glassdoor to hide negative feedback.

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
