1. Too much favoritism in the organization, seems the company only values its old employees & only trying to retain them. This caused them to lose a lot of employees in past 2 years. 2. HR are puppets of management, they do what their head tells them to do. They will possibly try to manipulate you. Don't reveal your details to them. 3. Management is always in a hurry to push everything to production even if it impacts the present business. Most of the items are unplanned. 4. IT Infrastructure is quite poor 5. Mindset of people in the organization is quite bad. They expect to work & stay at office for longer hours just so as show others & your manager.
