Pros

This company helped me grow more in three years than I did in a decade at previous organizations. The pace, the people, and the mission pushed me to level up in every way. I was constantly challenged to think bigger, take ownership, and lead with intention. Unlike past roles where growth felt linear and slow, here it’s exponential.

Cons

I am extremely grateful to be part of a Company that feels like family

Pros

Incredible People: My team and many others across the organization are filled with smart, caring, and genuine individuals. Collaboration is strong, and many colleagues go out of their way to help. Supportive Direct Management: My manager is consistently in our corner, making sure our team’s contributions are acknowledged, even when they aren’t always recognized on a larger scale. Evolving Culture: The company has made real efforts to bring people together with monthly events and fun company-wide initiatives. These create opportunities to connect outside of your own department. Strong Community Within Brands: Regardless of job role, the sense of unity within brand teams is very real and energizing.

Cons

Favoritism in Recognition: Promotions and awards often seem to go to a small circle of familiar faces. Behind-the-scenes contributors can get overlooked if they aren’t outwardly vocal or visible. Lack of Pay Equity: Despite taking on more work, providing bilingual support, and excelling in multitasking, compensation does not reflect these added responsibilities or specialized skills. No Clear Growth Path: Advancement feels based more on visibility and personality than performance or consistency. There’s no transparent development plan or roadmap for internal mobility. Recognition Gaps: Awards like “Because You Are Awesome” tend to rotate among a few select individuals, which can discourage others from going the extra mile when it’s rarely acknowledged.
