Supportive leadership and great remote work culture
Pros
Having previously worked at an enterprise-level organization where everything was run by a committee, New Reach is a breath of fresh air. Leadership and my supervisor recognize my skill set and provide me clear guidance and intent and then let me get my job done by using the skill sets that I've developed over a 20-year career. Collectively, the company does seek the best approach and feedback from all employees; as well as, harnessing a culture of collective support.
Cons
As much as I love working remote; which I really, really do, sometimes I'm bummed I can't be in office when New Reach runs company events. It looks like a lot of fun. That said, New Reach is primarily an in-person, onsite company and I am allowed to come out to the office whenever I can make it.
