Great people, some issues - Client Services Manager NewDay Employee Review

A lot of technical issues/incidents, lots of business/strategic changes and corporate process hoops to jump through. Difficult to work with HR and Talent Decisions/changes seem to be somewhat arbitrary and not explained (the why was often unclear). Roles aren't necessarily titled by the work/remit in your day to day (e.g. two people could have the same title with two completely different roles/jobs)
