This is a very well run organization, with an emphisis on teamwork. If an employee has the desire to succeed this is the place to grow a career.

Made a few friends at work

I started this company excited. They promised me overtime opportunities , benefits and growth. In the 3 months I worked there , however I was never able to actually do my job description. I was handling side work, what I like to call busy work. I stayed patient and was willing to work with them. But I have never been hired for a job title I ultimately wasn’t doing, EVER!! The doctor here expects you to show your worth , which I think is total nonsense. They needed me to do paperwork because it seems this company will cut every corner to save money. I was the only employee hired full time with a qualifying certification for the job title. I have 4 years experience and was let go right before my 90 day period was up. They said I wasn’t a good fit even though I proved myself to be , showing up , never late, last one out everyday. I would never recommend this job to anyone looking for a serious job . This place is a joke. I believe I was fired because this man is rude and doesn’t bother getting to know anyone . Simply let go because of me not fitting this unknown idea of a good CST, even though the funniest thing is , I NEVER SCRUBBED . They hire a new staff it seems every 4 months . Protecting patients was my ultimate goal and when I did I was let go. Shows the type of energy and character this company reflects . I wouldn’t recommend anyone working here .
