Pros

1) You get to learn a lot. For the first month you get paid to learn about a technology. However, don't expect any help from seniors or upper management (they have no expertise). It will make you independent. 2) You are free to do work at your own pace. The manager is very hands-off, as in he won't check up on you for months. As long as you get your work done. 3) They allow you to work from home if you ask but only for short amount of times at a time.

Cons

There are several. Starting with the most severe. 1) Salary / Payment issues: This issue is 2 fold. Firstly, you get paid on the 25th - 30th of every month, i.e. you work for let's say April and the you get your salary for the same on May 25th. They hold 2 months of salary with them. And secondly, they will delay giving your full salary until the 10th-15th and give it to you in small transfers of Rs. 10,000. 2) Business model: They hire freshers for extremely low salary. They don't even train them. So if you are getting training from this company just so you know the trainers mostly have no experience whatsoever. 3) High turnover rate: due to the above 2 reasons people come and go. And very few people stick around for more than a year. 4) Resignation issues: They have a 3 months notice policy. Plus they won't stick to any policy in their employee agreement. (Only ones that fit their needs). In my year of working for them they have NEVER given a single experience letter to any employee that has left. And it is always never a clean exit for any of them. 5) Ghosting: They won't respond to anybody once they receive full payment and/or work. Essentially defrauding their clients. This goes for both corporate and individual clients. 6) Increments: They provide no increments to your salary for the first 2 years. And deny any increments if you talk to them no matter how good a job you do. 7) Attitude: They act like they own you once you are on their payroll. The way they talk to their staff when someone asks for a raise or resigns, is as if they are the only IT company hiring and they are giving you a favor by hiring you. 8) Owners: I believe the leader of any company needs to be the most hardworking of all the company staff. However, the owners doesn't fit that bill. One of them comes to the office once a month if you are lucky, and the other doesn't care about the staff and is busy going on holidays.
