      Work from home available in emergency, flexible working hours which is not in favour of employee, its only in favour of employer.

      Cons

      1.1st month salary will be given after 2 month completion, your 1 month sallow is always due. 2. They will never pay your salary on time. 3. 3 months of notice period. 4. Only 12 Paid leaves per year only, one for each month. 5. They will pay your salary through UPI and not even by company account through Managers Personal Account.
