Pros
Previously to taking this job, I had not actually worked in sales before, although I always thought that if I ever did work in sales, id be able to give it a good crack. My first impressions were very good. The standard of training was very high. I know this because my family in the UK have a successful business in Sales. So I have something to compare Nextlevel with. Make no mistake, this job is in Sales and that is done over the phone. You need to have a drive to succeed and make money. If you have that plus the gift of the gab then you will make sales. And if you do that enough then you will make good money at NextLevel. Not only that, its also a bloody good buzz when you get a deal. Making good money at Nextlevel and living in Bratislava is financially much better than making an average wage living in the UK. There are also good opportunity for a bonus. And it doesnt matter who you are, its always a good feeling to get cash in your hand. I also travelled with the company to the events that we organised. I found that the end product that Nextlevel produced was actually very good, and the clients were genuinly very happy. Plus it was a good laugh drinking with clients and having all expenses paid for. I left the company during the summer of 2014 on my own terms, in order to persue a new direction in my working life. But I can honestly say that I value my time at Nextlevel Pharma, as the skills that I learned in Sales are ones that I will be looking to retain and impliment in my ongoing and future work. Final thought for those looking to get into sales - take the job if they offer you it.
Cons
Be warned, if your not making deals, then your likely to become a miserable arse. But the grass aint greener anywhere else.
