Pros

Fast Track Promotions Great Training More than fair commissions Company Culture Family Environment Relationship with CEOs Competitive basic salary (by Slovak standards) Great company benefits

Cons

It's so easy to list some cons of NextLevel, but that's ultimately because 95% of the company is excellently managed, so it exaggerates your frustrations at times. It's only when you chat to your friends/ex-colleagues that you realise how minuscule that issue really is. Especially compared to many of the larger corporations in Slovakia. I guess the main thing I personally felt was that I was always heard, but didn't always feel listened to. However, this is improving.

Pros

I really liked the structure for the personal development growth, because one of my biggest motivation to work for Nextlevel was my growth as a sales person. - clear career growth opportunities - being able to influence my own paycheck - opportunity to travel from time to time - getting deep insights in pharma and medical device industry - constant progress as a sales person + training - teambuildings :) - great CEO and Managing Director - 2 Australian guys - amazing small group of people from all over the world - great international environment - young environment - learning the sales game and understand the basics of B2B selling was huge to me - you're responsible for your own results - that's a great preparation if you some day want to become an entrepreneur - ability to motivate and speak in front of a group - ability to hire people, conduct interviews via phone and face to face - training people and watching them grow is great once you hit senior level

Cons

- in sales, there are lot of ego's combating each other, and no one wants to admit that they are wrong, which often created a tense and not productive atmosphere in a sales team - some people didn't follow the standard process and nothing happened, which was demotivating for others - too much internal politics between sales people and sort of a power struggle, which didn't make sense to me and it was a huge turn off - training people that shouldn't be hired in the first place is a huge waste of time - sometimes you'll have to work different hours - 11 - 8 PM- since you'll be working on American events, and I didn't enjoy that because for a few months you'll have no social life, because you'll be left with no energy at the end of the day. Especially if there's a period of 6 moths, where you have to do this, it's a reason to consider switching job. But for some people it works, so that's just a personal opinion.
