No manager in the Bangalore office. Which doesn't matter. Only few people do the actual work. They don't need managers

Where do I start ? Absolutely no work life balance. Constant useless calls. CEO has made this team in India so that he can get cheap labor. And he makes them work day shift and night shift. Managers don't know how to talk. CEO is the worst of the lot. Uses bad language. Managers put team members under fire to save themselves CEO comes to Bangalore once in a while and then every one has to reach office early just to hear him speak rubbish which he thinks is a free management session. So much pride for such a bad company Favourites given wfh without any questions Spineless HR No provident fund No bonus No career planning. Head HR just warming his chair
