This company is very much centric to Shareholder who are comfortably working from home. They don't care about employees life or career. They Fire employees at their ease. Since Oct 2014 till now they have fired nearly 9-12 people. The company project themselves as a 15 years old Product development company but unfortunately they don't have even a single Product. Base line is that they are Service based company in nature. They generally have very very small projects. Generally project span not more than 3-6 months. As a Developer you can't even call them a project. Overall the management have no vision. Highly adventurous people should join this company. Advice to people joining: Please keep a tap on your replacements. He can come at any time. Keep yourself interview ready.

I was in HR so I know the issues. I agree with all the honest reviews - CEO has no skills to manage anyone, creates a bad environment - Expectation are illogical and crazy - Hire and fire policy is very much applicable - No clarity on the resource requirement, so HR has to keep searching on their own. No support of any portal. - No benefits. - Sensible approach and thinking is never liked by the CEO. No vision at all I did a big mistake of joining for this small period of time.
