Pros

You can learn a huge amount operationally, when everything is going wrong. Good place to understand mechanics of real estate. Some nice staff.

Cons

Ineffective service delivery resulting in perpetually unhappy customers, with no sincere aims to invest resources to improve. Strong culture of non-renumeration - to tenants and staff. Unpaid deposits, salary, holiday and expenses. Questionable funding and legally inadequate leases. Terrible or non-existent communication the majority of the time, internally and externally. Complete lack of understanding and provision for a diverse workforce, culminating in an intolerant working environment for neurodivergence. Extremely unhealthy working conditions with over working, blaming, under resourcing, pivoting goals and poorly equipped central staff. Inappropriate, unprofessional and incompetent leadership.

Pros

This position provided me with a variety of work that felt like I was actually doing something in the company. I saw the things I made sent out to residents.

Cons

The pay for this position is not very good and they did not provide financial aid to international employees visa process

The work I did was more than just an intern project. I was able to make a real impact on the company and see work I did be implemented and sent out.

Cons

I was working remotely so the time change was difficult
