- Cross-team tensions due to misaligned priorities and poor communication - Poor management, apparent lack of manager training, and no ability for reports to review managers or give feedback - Teams/products are in silos - Employees are significantly underpaid relative to industry averages - Retention is very poor - No 360 peer reviews during employee review period - Frequent reorgs - No structure for automatic raises or promotions for good performance. You have to apply to a different role to move up.
