Pros

Nice people and approachable upper management

Cons

(I left prior to 2015 as that year is the earliest year available in the Glassdoor dropdown) THE biggest con was TCS (Tata) - the company outsourced / offshores many of its back office functions and I was part of the retained organization that was responsible for its respective areas but which was dependent on offshore TCS employees for support. It was a frustrating disaster - TCS over promised and under delivered. Nielsen May love it due to cost savings but it was not a place that I wanted to be at for the intermediate or long term. Also, at the time, annual merit increases were mediocre at best even for employees with near perfect evaluations and performance.

Toxic work environment, HR way too involved in everything, the company expects us to be robots, document everything every person says at all times. Over working everyone since layoffs
