Limited pros other than an easy sales cycle for a low unit cost, enterprise sales in Nitro is similar to SMB in other organisation's.

Cons

Nitro as a product is below average, people will buy it as it is cheap. If you want to develop your sales skills Nitro is not the place to be, leadership from LinkedIn in ireland ruined the the UKI region with limited go to market experience and a look after myself approach. When reviewing the talent at Nitro there is people with limited experience that have stayed with the org for a long time. Promotion is based on how long you have worked with the company Vs your performance.

Pros

The company used to be great under the previous CEO. Allowed so much flexibility with best benefit offerings and really made employees feel valued. That attracted some really great talent from all over the world. People wanted to work hard and do their best for the company because it was a great company to be at and they didn't want to lose what they had. Things have taken a turn 1 by 1 with benefits being removed and employees taking a backseat on the priority list.

Benefits taken away in the past 3 years: - Weekly lunch stipend - Internet and phone stipend - Work from home set up stipend - Remote work for those within 50 km of an office - Remote first policy - 90 days work from anywhere policy - Birthday day off - Nitro Spring Day company-wide day off - 2x/year Recharge Weeks
