      Products don't meet customers' needs so very hard to sell

      Pros

      Some talented people, but recent VC acquisition will probably drive the last of the good ones out.

      Cons

      Was a good company a few years ago, but products have been overtaken by competition and now not fit for purpose so very hard to sell. Was private, went public, then went back to private with view to going public again....... Way too much hiring and firing

      Nitro is the wrong career choice

      Pros

      Limited pros other than an easy sales cycle for a low unit cost, enterprise sales in Nitro is similar to SMB in other organisation's.

      Cons

      Nitro as a product is below average, people will buy it as it is cheap. If you want to develop your sales skills Nitro is not the place to be, leadership from LinkedIn in ireland ruined the the UKI region with limited go to market experience and a look after myself approach. When reviewing the talent at Nitro there is people with limited experience that have stayed with the org for a long time. Promotion is based on how long you have worked with the company Vs your performance.
