Great company with nice benefits - Anonymous employee No-IP Employee Review

This company is top notch for anything relating to a business. Small company with a start-up feel, though they have been around for many years. They treat their employees with respect and take the time to listen to them. PTO, medical insurance..etc...

Sometimes you can seem out of the loop, but a simple question can fix that.

In the early years NoIP was great. The first week was based on my training. It seemed like they did not have experience training people. But a few individuals took the time to part skills, knowledge, and procedures to me which was appreciated.

Few people doing massive action. When I was let go it was unclear as to how improvements could had been made. I thought it was some character flaw that they were unwilling to deal with. They gave me a fair opportunity to make improvements but no real path forward. It was as if the deck was already stacked against me.
