Cons
Lack of on-time feedback from managers; outdated information in the training platform; corporate communication is in Polish during meetings, despite the fact that it is an international team, and I have been relocated to Poland with English-only knowledge, which I mentioned during the interview; unexpected termination of the time-defined job contract without explaining the reason, which is against Polish law.
