1. Parent company Siemens and Nokia are excellent companies 2. You can easily avoid working here, if you like that. 3. As it is in a cost cutting mode, you can get exposure working on things beyond your experience.
Cons
1. Excessive cost cutting resulting in quality cutting 2. It is now common talk that that your performance rating has no connection to your appraisal. Politics, smart managers, favoritism etc have greater impact on it. 3. Managers with no people or management skills
