      it's quite international, and there are many choices to have, such as internal transfer. besides, life in Nokia can be very stable

      if you want to get a management level job, it's not so easy because the language is quite difficult to learn

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
