      - Leading technology - Market leader - Was good work/life balance. - average compensation and benefits. Overall things are quite changed now

      - This company has worsen in last 1 year or so due to their policies and re organisation. - Wrong decision to buy aging motorola.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
