      The reason to work with Nokia Siemens Networks is to get global exposure in telecom market. To adopt to the new telecom technologies which keeps on updating day by day.

      The company is going through the face of cost cutting; reducing headcounts, optimizing luxuries, new focus to work upon.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
