flexible schedule regular shift only OT pay free coffee/chocolate drink free parking unrestricted internet access (only torrent and adult sites monitored) work from home during emergencies phone usage allowed in work areas
Cons
biased performance reviews (poor review by manager/peers = no increase) C++-prevalent projects (few openings for other languages) bonus/increase/HR budget impacted by drastic IP acquisitions by higher mgmt no discounts for Nokia products development (in my team) hampered by constant changes to tools/languages used limited opportunities for promotion esp to manager position clean desk policy (no decorations/toys/food allowed on work desk - used to be allowed before)
