      Work Flexibility Strong Portfolio of products and services Very good training programs for employees Good potential for growth if they can survive their current situation Strong presence outside of North America Fairly generous benefits - especially vacation and sick leave.

      Cons

      Company in the process of downsizing has put growth on hold Sometimes feels that no one is steering the ship Sometimes multiple people driving the same issue with no clear responsibilities.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
