      Pros

      - great place for fresh grads - trainings and opportunities for self-development - depends on the manager - not much stress and good work atmosphere - depends on the manager - big, well-regarded, stable company

      Cons

      - depends on the project, but usually lots of maintenance work and bug fixing - dependency on higher management in distant places, many meaningless telecom meetings, and other corpo-like elements - low salary growth rate

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
