      Relaxed Work culture Internal job rotations Get to interact with some amazing experts in finland and germany

      Average salary Average Work qualoty company not doing so great, so bonus/gifts/perks are very very limited

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
