- Bonuses are paid independent of actual performance. - There is no consequences for not doing your job. - Speaking up about competency issues is not appreciated (be nice to everyone policy) - It's embarrassing to say you work for Nokia, because the portfolio is pathetic. - Senior management is agnostic to what the company actually produces. - Every new project is an internal politics game rather than an external market game.
