      Good employee atmosphere. Good location.

      Cons

      Managers just think about themselves. None of them never give up a penny of their incentive during difficult times and put all the pressure on the employees. the CEO from singapore, lives in Londond and occasionally comes to Finland as many other GLTs.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
