      Flexibility in working hours and working from home.

      Cons

      US workers have no protection from government. If layoffs needed, they will terminate US employees regardless of job and send your job to overseas

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
